Tom answered all my questions over the phone and was very flexible with my work schedule to come over to install the water softener. The installation was quick, and so far, there have been no issues. I finally have soft water again at my house.
It's always great to deal with serious people who know what they are doing, like Tom, and for those reasons, I highly recommend his services.
