An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

We recently moved into our new family home with a square footage of 4500 sqft top to bottom (basement included). At the time we were in a time crunch as we were moving in a week prior to Christmas and were planing on hosting our family Christmas at our new home. We found this company that boasts on completion of projects in 1-2 days. (based on scope/size). We contacted WOW via the internet and received a call back immediately. We were told that a representative would come and give us a quote in person and discuss the scope of the project with us.
Kim Rood came to our new house to do a walk through and give us a quote based on our needs and requests. From the moment he arrived it was the epitome of customer service. Kim was personable, informative, helpful and professional all the way. He explained thoroughly what and who WOW 1 Day Painting was, how they operate and what they can do for us regarding our very timely crises and shear magnitude of the job. Working with us to inform us on all the services at our disposal through WOW…he explained that the job is more than just paint and brushes to have a quality job. As the customer wanting a good job for your money sometimes gets overshadowed by getting a good deal. In this case it was defiantly a win win.
WOW 1 Day Painting came in to our house as a professional proficiant team. The crew scattered into the house working at their respective duties, covering floors, repairing walls, taking down window coverings…the entire crew was extremely efficient at all they did. What made it even more impressive was the amount of colours my wife and I had chosen coupled with the space and amount of rooms, WOW was exactly that. WOW! The crew that was brought in were clearly experts in their field, and even with the crew being as talented as they were…they were held to a standard of perfection under the watchful eye of the crew supervisor, who in this case was Kim Rood. His attention to detail and high standards will undoubtedly lead to their longevity and exponential growth.
The overall experience with the WOW 1 Day Painting crew was fun and impressive to watch during and even more impressive to see the finished results in under a total of 13hrs!
We have been getting nothing but compliments since, on the colours, quality and shocked reactions on the magnitude and speed in which this happened.
WOW made our Christmas and created a custom feel to a space we love. We have been and will continue to recommend this company and crew on there customer service alone. The Quality and efficiency was an amazing bonus. The only pressure in this whole experience was our requests as far as the custom work we requested of WOW…Which they met with a smile and nod.
