I have an old leaking fridge. Wasnt sure if it was worth repairing or better getting a new fridge. Nick arrived on time. Has examined the fridge and walked me through all the issues contributing to the leak as well as hidden issues that were not visible. He was also very transparent about cost of fixing issues. Altogether Nick helped me make an informed decision about fridge.

My microwave had been making a horrible grinding noise for a few weeks. After a very professional in-app conversation, Fix appliances sent Ramon for an estimate. He diagnosed the issue in literally 2 seconds, and a few days later when he showed up with the part he replaced it expeditiously. I will say, they aren't cheap, but I've heard getting anything fixed in Toronto is expensive these days, and I'd rather pay a little more for fast, reliable pros like this team than deal with even slightly shady contractors.

The gent was on time and honest which is all we can expect. He didnt waste time pretending he could fix it. Showed me online that the parts were discontinued and gave me some short term suggestions to use it a few more times while we acquire a new one. Great service. A+

Ramon spent 7 minutes on my dishwasher to tell me that it was a "glitch". I was charged $192. Quoted further $467 repair cost if the fixed "glitch" wasn't the problem. Another company came in and realized I was unknowingly using pods with non dissolvable wrappers. There should be some sort of tiered charge based on time spent on a job. This was overcharging.

Fix services helped me fix my dryer.

Needed a tub cover replaced and LG requires technicians for special order so I was happy to find an authorized repair shop with good reviews on here. Happy to have the first one of a kind damage that my technician has seen in a decade (apparently! Haha). Technician was very professional and even provided me with some tips about which detergent is better for my washing machine. They came earlier and even stayed for a whole cycle to confirm if there was any further damage! Expensive but skillful and at least were washing our clothes again.
