I called for service/technician for an oven not working. The service rep Sergey was very informative and unfortunately a repair for the 15 yr old appliance was not in the cards. He answered all my questions regarding options for a new model and was very professional and helpful.

great service

Moving & Storage review in Toronto

Ilya was great! Diagnosed the problem with a computer board that another repairman with another company was not able to figure out. Once the part arrived Ilya came back and fixed the dishwasher really quickly. Great service!

Dryer Repair

Microwave Spring Latch Replacement

Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in Brampton

Dima was fabulous with his application of technical knowledge. We have had 3 people come to see this microwave issue and all of them had no idea what they were doing. Dima came in, assessed and evaluated the situation, explained the problem in intricate detail and then gave us the estimate and explained the process. Once the part came in, we were given a call and Dima was at our doorstep exactly on time. He was very courteous, professional, and personable. A pleasure to see him work and for me to learn a few things. This was an amazing service experience and I will definitely recommend FIX and especially Dima to anyone.
