Baking element replacement

Technician arrived on time,very friendly,asked all the right questions, completed his inspection,determined problem quickly, gave options and ordered part with time frame of within 2 days to replace.
An hour later was back with new part from another tech who ordered for replacement next week...other tech will get ours in plenty of time for his clients.
A wonderful experience and some sound advice given on future use of stove . Can't thank him enough!

Last July I ordered and paid for by Visa for a dishwasher control panel based on Fox Appliances estimate. After more than 2 months waiting, I called and they agreed to cancel my order.

Unfortunately, I never received a refund for the merchandise, although, very politely, I have asked for my refund. Very unfortunate and sad.
