Super happy that we found Ryan and New Look Landscaping. Had a bit of a weird situation with an existing patio that Ryan was more than happy to take care of. Pricing compared to our other quotes was much better and we are very happy with the results. Completely agree with the other reviews that mention good work, honesty and good value. Hope all his hard work over the summer lets him take the winter off, because he and his team deserve it.

What impressed me the most was Ryan's dedication and transparency throughout the whole process. He was very collaborative from the designing stage - a different variety of options he proposed clearly showed his wealth of knowledge and experience. Impressive, professional, and honest. Our experience with Ryan was exceptional. When we first reached out for a quote, Ryan was at our house the next day. Our first impressions were this is the guy for the job. His quote was right in our budget and when we made changes part way through, he bent over backwards and made it happen. When we faced delays with our pool contractors, Ryan was coming out to our house to check on progress and assure us that he was going to get the job done this year and he DID! He came on Thanksgiving weekend to finish up the pathway and even postponed his hand surgery by a week to finish our backyard just an amazing individual who takes pride in his reputation and looks after his clients. He is even coming back in the spring to make sure we are happy with the work and to make sure nothing has shifted before we make our final payment. That is unheard of in this industry, this is why Ryan is the best! We would highly recommend New Look Landscapes for any landscaping project, you will not be disappointed.
