carpet cleaning

the first time i hired them they were so late i thought there was a misunderstanding...i called (after 30 mins of waiting) to ask if they were still coming and the owner said 'well if you get off the phone with me i will be there otherwise you are holding me back..' that job was done but with foot prints left on the carpet!! they denied this blaming anyone else in the house that day...
i gave them a second chance to come back and clean my carpets but
these people are not professional..they blew 5 fuses at my home plugging in their huge machines but refused to believe it was their machine that caused me to hire an electrician to have to come to my house, the day after Dante was there, to repair the electrical break down!!! never again! such a terrible attitude from the owner...

Approximate cost of services:
$500,200.00

Company Response

I am the owner of Dante's luxury care Inc.
This client has been very dishonest and tried to scam us more than once.
On the first visit we cleaned all her carpets and did a wonderful job, we always wear shoe covers so there was no way we could have left footprints. And when you have shoe covers over your shoes the print will not be visible because of the plastic.

Her husband walked over the clean carpets which were not totally dry, and left dirty footprints all over the place. The client called I passed by to look at the prints and its was clear they had soiled the carpet, and wanted a free cleaning out of me, which was not going to happen.

If my company was so unprofessional why would the client call us back for additional work ?

The client request anther carpet cleaning about 6 months after, before we arrived the client stated they we're having electrical issues and the power was just restored. Halfway through the job the clients family member decided to pressure wash a car in the garage, while we were cleaning carpets upstairs. The power went out and when I got to the fuse box to reset it I notice they were washing a car. We continued steam cleaning and finished the job. Days later the client called me stating we blew the fuses.

If the power did not reset when we were at the fuse box it's obvious that there was a problem with the panel, not the fuse. If my equipment was the problem we would have blown every fuse and would not be able to complete the job. And the funny thing is she called and told me she was having electrical issues before we arrived. Never again will we work for this client they tried to scam our company 2 times, very dishonest. And yes I was rude how can you be polite to a scam artist!
