We had such an incredible experience with New Era. Colin was so helpful walking us through the process. On moving day Brandon, Steven, and Paul were right on time and wrapped all our furniture with such care. They moved everything with such ease and went out of their way to make sure it was set up perfectly. Even with taking so much care they still finished ahead of schedule. They were so pleasant to work with and made moving day go better than we could have imagined

After meeting Colin the very time, I knew that New Era Moving services was the company that I would hire - and even after checking their pricing against three other companies, they made me feel the most comfortable. Their policies and commitment to making the move stress-free were amazing.
I hired them to pack as well as move and I am so glad I did. Their conscientiousness was unreal - Mickey was so careful with my electronics; he treated them as his own. And Alex, Paul, Ricardo and shamal were all thoughtful, careful and quick.
On the other end, on arrival to Montréal, they were great - unloading the truck quickly, being careful of the floors and walls & somehow even remembering what was in almost every box

We had a very big move. The crew they sent was great. We ran into issues that were not intentional. Things always happen in a move. When things came up the leader of the crew Alex always communicated with me and the management to make sure that things would get taken care of. The owner Aaron even showed up to ensure everything went smooth. At the end of the day they addressed all the issues honestly and fairly and very responsively. It is very refreshing to see a company that takes accountability and truly cares enough to make sure that their customers are taken care of. Thank you Aaron, Colin, Alex, Nathan and the rest of the New Era crew. I would hire them again and highly recommend their services

We had a great experience with this company. We moved from Uxbridge to London and it was seamless. Brendon, Nathan, Mickey and Alex were amazing. They showed up on time, were polite and very conscientious. The move went very smoothly and there was not a scratch on anything. Colin priced the job ahead of time and there were no hidden costs added on at the end. We would definitely use New Era again especially if we had the same team. Brendon, Nathan, Alex and Mickey you were the best!

The movers took great care with all of our items and instructions. Quick and easy move! Would definitely move with them again and highly recommend them to others as well.

Eric and Mike were punctual, efficient, professional and so easy and nice to deal with. They were very careful with all the furniture and the move was perfect. As well Colin was amazing to speak with and book the move. He answered all my questions had patience and was friendly and always available to speak with. Colin was the only estimator that came to my house and did a walk through. The time commitment he estimated me was spot on. The estimate was more hours than 3 other companies I called but I would have eneded up paying the same if not more with others given the hourly rate competitors charge and the distance of my move (2 hour drive). Love the flat rate model. Less stress for me personally.

We just moved and booked new era. We moved into a large 4 bedroom home and had a lot of stuff!
Movers are fast, professional and just get the job done! Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy movers.
