We were looking to get AC installed in our 30-year-old home. Dave came after hours to accommodate our schedule and was quick to provide an honest recommendation for an AC unit that would suit our needs.
During the internal inspection he noticed some errors made by the company that installed our furnace just a year previous and pointed them out. They address the errors with our ducting and furnace that caused our existing furnace to be extremely loud and inefficient.
Fast forward to the completion of the job, we have a system that keeps our home a comfortable temperature and we don't hear that loud furnace we had become accustomed to. These guys went over and above what the initial scope of work was and made sure the job was done right.
