I phoned the company's hour phone number at about 9:30 pm on December 23rd & Dimitri answered my call right away. (My furnace had quit working so I shut it off & it had subsequently restarted)

I set up a service appointment with Dimitri the following day. He thoroughly checked all of the furnace components - motors, gas valve, mother board etc. but was unable to determine the source of the problem.

Dimitri answered all of my questions in great detail & he will return at no additional cost if I encounter the same problem again.

Great clean work. Wonderful and funny people. Dmitri was very patient with all my questions. Highly recommend.

We checked out reviews on homestars for furnace service. We could not help but notice the fantastic reviews for heatmaster and when I looked up their services on the website I was pleasantly surprised how competitively priced they were. I booked a service date for a furnace tune-up and was completely impressed with the quality of service, professionalism and attention to detail that they gave.

They gave a thorough cleaning job, explained what they were doing and what to look for in the future. This was all done at a very reasonable price, you get the sense that they really strive for customer satisfaction. This is one of the top notch trades in our city!

Wanted to write another review to share my latest fantastic experience with Heatmasters.

Got home from work last night and noticed that my furnace kept starting up and then turning off. It also wouldn't raise the temperature past 19°, despite being set at 21°.

Of course, after my first experience with Heatmasters, Dmitiri is the only person I'll call for any HVAC issue. I called him and he answered immediately. Gave him a synopsis of the problem and he said he'd call me back shortly. When he called back, he'd actually remembered me from the last time he helped me out (over 2 years ago). He immediately sent his colleague over to my place in the far NW.

He called back shortly with some bad news: his coworkers van had broken down and was stranded at the side of the road and he was at a call in the far south. At this point, I'd resigned myself to not shutting off my furnace for the night and having him come out to deal with it tomorrow.

But Dmitiri isn't the kind of guy to leave you in the lurch. He was able to diagnose the problem over the phone, based on my description of what was happening. He then told me that he was confident that this was something that I could resolve myself with his guidance. He gave me very clear, step by step instructions on how to remove the top panel from my furnace and identify the flame sensor rod that was the issue. I sent him a few picture and he confirmed what I was looking. He then walked me through removing it, cleaning it thoroughly, and replacing it.

Sure enough, he was right, and as soon as I followed his directions, the issue was resolved. I truly appreciate his commitment to his customers and to helping me out even when it wasn't possible for him to make it out to my house (which I totally understood). As usual, he was prompt, pleasant and thorough. I can't think of a lot of companies who would take the time to help out a customer, even when they weren't making money on the service call and that's why I felt compelled to leave him another review on here.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: Dmitri and Heatmasters are the only company you should call for all of your HVAC needs. I recommend them to everyone I know and if you call them once, you'll do the same!

We undertook a full house Reno, managing it ourselves. We hired some really great people but we also got a couple of stinkers. One of which was the first HVAC guy we hired. He was not reliable, did a minimal job when he did show up, had a very bad attitude and then charged us double his quote. We wish, WISH! we had known Dimitri at the beginning of our Reno! When Dimitri came on the job, he brought an immediate professionalism. He showed up when he said, he provided us with choices, he kept us informed, he respected our home...when the job was done it was done right, our expectations were EXCEEDED and the bill was as we’d agreed. These fellows are family men who care about people. They’ve got integrity and work ethic and not only would I highly recommend them, they are my future go-to.

I’m very impressed with the high level of service provide by Dimitri. He is very polite and well mannered. He always communicates a head of scheduled appointment time and let you know when you can expect him to be at your home. I have used is services for the past 4 years. I have found that Dimitri provides honest advice and feedback on what actually needs to be done on the furnace rather than trying to an additional quick sale. I will definitely use him again and I’m happy to recommend him to friends and family as I trust that he will do a great job.

Dimitri and Ian did a great job with installing my new furnace and the add on's. Dimitri was upfront with the cost and there were no additional costs after the quote. The best prices in the city by far! Clean up was very good and the disposed my old furnace as well so I didn't have to worry about either one.

Would highly recommend them to anyone!

We recently had our two furnaces replaced by Dimitri and Ian from Heatmaster. I am in my 60’s and over the past 40 years have owned a number of homes and consequently have had to replace or have repaired numerous large household items. In all that time I have never witnessed the level of service I saw from Heatmaster. They were reasonably priced, showed up when they said they would and worked hard to get the job done ASAP. Dimitri is a great communicator who went out of his way to point out other (sometimes unrelated) issues that either needed replacement or should be changed or fixed. This was ALL DONE with NO increase to the agreed price. These guys cleaned up after themselves and were always polite and agreeable. No complaints whatsoever.
