Soffit venting and replacement

We moved in to our 60+ year old house to find out that a previous owner, who did major renovation work, including the roof, didn't cut holes from the soffit area into the attic - so we had no airflow into the attic.
After interviewing many other companies, we decided to go with Bakers Roofing & Repairs.
James Baker took the time to explain all the work to us, and ensured that everything was done properly. He worked on the house along with two other guys. We're VERY happy with the work they did, and will be having them come back in the spring to do additional work.
Other companies quoted us as high as $4400 for the same work.
