Golden Cheun Renovation

I have to say that Tom was very friendly but the workmanship is one of the worst I have seen. $7/sf engineering (clicking system) flooring had to be redone twice, 2 bathrooms but multiple water leak and drainage issues. Wrong color pot lights here and there. Tiling height not even and tiled on the damaged tiles. Mosaic in shower wayyy steeper than 1/2" per foot. Painted the wall without primer and peeling started even before they were done. None of the light switches are flat, you cant even mount a face plate flat... The list goes on and on....
