We couldn't have asked for a better job on our house! Problems with drainage had created foundation issues for us. It was essential we get the work done before winter. Brent and his team got the job done quickly and efficiently, taking pictures every step of the way so we could document the changes that were made. They were easy to work with and the quality of the work done was obvious. They gave us a quote and came in well within the quote. We couldn't be more pleased!

Met Brent he was very knowledgeable gave a very competitive price after getting 4 estimates agreed on a contract with B Higgins contracting in the spring with the agreed upon date of an October first week start. Deposit of 2500.00 was given, over the summer medical conditions evolved and was found that a surgery would be required , no problem, as it turned out in Sept. condition changed and was found out a much more serious involved surgery was required that would mean i would have to cancel job, it was late Sept. when i contacted Brent and there was no hesitation he offered a full refund of deposit with no hesitation this relieved a lot of stress and reinforces the character that i saw in this person thanks M. Brent showed up to our first meeting 3 minutes early. In the construction field showing up at all is a big thing :). We agreed on the price of the project very quickly (not much haggling). There was a weather related delay but Brent notified me ahead of time (again, unusual in the construction business).
He arrived on the scheduled date (again, early :) ).
He and his team mate were very careful while performing the demolition not to cause damage to my property or to the neighboring properties.
The excavation was done accurately and on time and the price did not change either.
Too bad that I did not meet Brent years earlier.
He would have saved me a lot of grief.

We hired Brent last summer to waterproof our leaky basement. After interviewing several contractors he was the obvious choice due to friendly personality and professionalism. We also liked that he owned his own equipment rather than digging by hand. I have referred Brent to others who have all had great results as well. Most importantly, no more leaks.

Brent and his team were hired to do some excavation work at my house. The price was very good and the job was completed quickly. They were very clean, punctual and professional. I would definitely recommend them and hire them again.

We hired Brent and his company to fix a water leak in our foundation. From initial contact to follow up after the completion of the job he was quick to respond to questions and/or concerns, patient, and very helpful. The cost was reasonable and the quote didn't change dramatically when he found out that a gas line ran close to our foundation making digging out the compromised area much more labour intensive to get to. The water leak has stopped and the mess left behind is minimal. I would definitely recommend Brent and his team to anyone needing foundation repairs.

We hired Brent, last summer, for waterproofing our entire house. We were very impressed with their punctuality every day. They were ready with answer on every question we had, and we had a lot. He addressed every concern we had. During the job the weather wasn’t cooperating much and we had to call him after hours. He showed up and made sure if everything was ok. We hired B Higgins Contracting to fill in our in ground pool and install fence posts during the summer of 2014.

Brent and his crew were at our house on time each day and worked nonstop throughout the 3 days it took to complete this job. Brent removed our pool, filled in the hole where the pool use to be, graded our yard and laid new sod. On the final day the fence posts were installed.

When the job was complete you would never have known there used to be a pool in our yard. We couldn’t believe how large our yard was and we now have lovely green grass.

Brent and his crew were always pleasant and answered any questions and concerns we had.
