We had a three foot crawl space under our 1400 square foot home that was dug out and full basement put in with a seven and a half foot ceiling height and oak stair case installed

10 years ago I hired the too good to be true contractor. 3 years later all 32 windows were fogging up with broken sealants / condensation and they had disappeared. Finally, sucked it up and changed all the glass. Randy was professional and knowledgeable. I don't mind paying for quality and he gave a fair price, amazing quality workmanship and professionalism. 2 big thumbs up!

We had the pleasure of the sharratt bros installing our new kitchen Cupboards. They did such an incredible job because we live in an old stone house so nothing lines up but the sharratt bros lined up all of our exagerated crown moldings perfectly! They are so talented, trustworthy, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable I would not hesitate to refer them to any of my friends...but I should stop bragging about them because I want to hire them to Install some windows and doors and with their talent and reputation they might be busy! If you hire these awesome bros...and their dad is very good as well...you will not be disappointed!

We had the Sharratt Bros. Two years in a row . Door replacement and large deck the first year and a section of fence the following year. They were professional and completed the work in a prompt manner. Workmanship was great. Cleanup was great. We would recommend them and will have them back.

The guys were friendly and reliable. They installed my kitchen cabinets and I’m very happy with how it turned out. Great craftsmanship with the job and they were clean and courteous.

Window replacement was done within the time line as promised. Installers were courteous and very professional. Overall job turned out excellent with a good quality window.

I had seen Sharratt Bros work on a neighbour’s porch; I knew when it was time, I would be calling them. Randy came out to chat and listened carefully to my needs regarding the rise and run on the stairs due to mobility issues. He went a step beyond in presenting me a plan that also included a set of stairs that allowed width for someone to assist me up or down and cart my wheelchair at the same time.
The job was being coordinated with a plumbing job where they were replacing a water line to the street. The Sharratt team arrived at the end of the week to remove my existing porch and shored up the roof and pillars as they were going to be in the new plan. We had extensive rain that particular weekend and one of the guys came by to make sure none of the shoring up had been impacted. The plumbers came to do their job and dig but hit one of the pillars we had planned to reuse. I contacted Sharratt Bros; they immediately had a crew over to investigate and shore up the roof more securely. When the plumbers finally finished, Sharratt Bros had a modified plan to continue despite losing the brick pillars.
I am thrilled with my porch and absolutely love my stairs as they are so incredibly manageable for my mobility issues. I will definitely be utilizing Sharratt Bros in the future as I am able to. I don’t hesitate to tell people who did the beautiful job on my porch and the professional, courteous, timely work they provided.

Vince called to inform he was running late but not a big deal for me as he did the job precisely and within the quoted work time. I liked it that he asked which direction the door is going to open before proceeding further and even made suggestions and explained on how he would have it. He took the time to explain on the door's features and operation after installation. In between, his boss dropped by to check on things which you don't see often with other contractors.
