Vince and Chris did an outstanding job on our siding install. Any time there were potential issues they were quick to consult with us and had realistic recommendations on how to solve them. The job site was always clean and they were extremely polite and friendly. Randy the owner was also great to deal with and we appreciated his constant oversight of the job as well as frequent updates on timing.

Randy provided quality window replacements in time as promised. His attention to detail and measurement skills meant all units fit as planned. His installer Vince and helper worked diligently to provide a draft free house and cleaned and vacuumed the entire work area.

This job was more than a regular Reno. There had been water damage caused by roof leak finally determined after the Sharratt team did water testing. They replaced window and all damaged and mouldy wall interior. The best was the job was completed in 6 days and all furniture put back into place. I found all members of the team very professional and respectful of my home.
I definitely will be contacting them for future projects

The bathtub was removed and a walk-in cultured marble shower was installed complete with sliding glass shower doors.

Met with Randy and requested a number of repairs to be done in a timely fashion as insurance did not want liability issues. Randy was able to accommodate our request and had contractors reinforce a beam, repair a chimney, flashing, and built handrails in front of the house. Communication was excellent and updates greatly appreciated, thank you!

These guys are amazing. They show up when they say they will they work super hard and their work is immaculate will 100% use for all my renovations in the future thank you so much for my beautiful new windows. I was personally impressed with the attention to detail when it came to saving some of the original trim as my home was built in the early 1900’s, the meticulous work involved was astonishing. The work area was spotless after they finished each evening.

From start to finish it was a pleasure to deal with Randy, I had 2 doors installed. The doors are perfect and the installers were such nice guys! Did a professional job! I am so impressed.

We had a vision and they made it happen. The whole crew worked hard to turn our outdated master bath into a beautiful master bath and laundry combo. They did custom work and it turned out amazing. Would certainly recommend this company.
