Jason SAVED my computer!!!! I was saving to have to buy a new computer because I was afraid my computer wouldn't hold on anymore. NOPE! I'm using that money now to take my husband on a weekend vacay! I highly recommend this company! Quick, efficient & worth every cent!

I would definitely recommend this service to anyone. My laptop was very slow at booting up, surfing the web, and even while on Netflix. I would get loads of pop-ups and warnings that I was infected with viruses.. While getting this service done, I could watch them scan and fix my laptop in the comfort of my home.. I had over 400 infections. Now my laptop is fixed and ready to use again without the frustration of it running so slow.. The service was fast and the cost was reasonable ....

I had a fairly new laptop but it was running so slow I considered getting rid of it - even to start it up took 10 minutes. So I contacted The Computer Medics and through remote access (and within a short period of time) I was told what the issue was - only had 2GB RAM.
So windows was updated, spyware was removed and more RAM was ordered and installed and the laptop is running so much better and faster.
The service was amazing and very cost effective! Professionalism at it's best!!
