Used and prior flood damaged condo sold to us as a NEW CONDO
Our family thought we were purchasing a new condo from Statesman, but that wasn't the case. The condo was pre-owned and completely damaged by a flood prior to us purchasing it. I cannot believe STATESMAN sold us a condo that was supposed to be new but in fact was a flood repair. We are still angry to this day.
After speaking with their lawyer and letting him know what/when we found out (someone else's mail was coming to the home) , he was not interested in doing anything for us.
Shame on you Statesman!
