Manny was very responsive and when he assessed my eavestroughs was honest with me that they all needed to come down. He noted that the eaves and fascia needed to be replaced but the soffits were in good shape and did not need to be replaced. He offered to do the front of the house this year and the back next year if that was easier financially but he highly recommended doing the whole job at once. I agreed to the whole job. The price was reasonable. He came by to share colour choices and made good recommendations. He stayed in communication on a regular basis and it was about 4 weeks after agreeing to the job that he was able to come by and get it done. He spent a whole day on our eaves and fixed other issues he discovered along the way. It was great working with Manny and his team. I highly recommend Multi Service Aluminum!!
