Danny provided outstanding service. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and economic. A part required for the machine was sourced and made available the very next day to make the necessary repair.

We called Service Servotech for our Whirlpool refrigerator that suddenly stopped after three years. The technician came in the time frame specified, thing that amazed us. To our pleasure, he found the problem in a very competent way within 10 minutes. He explained us what may have been the cause of the failure, and we understood that logically he was right. He had the part in the truck, as being a part frequently replaced on some Whirlpool fridges and he solved the issue right away. We didn't have to wait days for a second visit, as usually happens in this situations.
The refrigerator now works like new, to our satisfaction.

Quick and professional service!

Called in the morning and arrived as promised after lunch. Quickly diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher and spoke to me about the pros and cons of repairing vs buying new. In the end helped me find a good priced replacement part and will return to install when it's delivered. What's great is the flat rate fixed pricing. My labour costs will only be $60, including both visits! Parts of course will be extra.

My LG washing machine mysteriously died yesterday. This morning i called Servotech and in the afternoon a technician called Danny come to my place. After Inspection he found the problem. Checked the parts price and availability and recommend me what should i do. Finally after a hard reset of the machine, we manage to bring it back to life! yay! Really impressed by the service, Clean, pro and honest. Would recommend and do business again!

Called servotech, technician Danny came over looked over my machine and immediately discovered the problem, replaced the small part and repaired it. Very professional, proper and honest...great service, would certainly recommend them.

Very disappointed. Took half a day off to be there for the appointment and the technician never showed up. When I contacted him, he told me the part would only be available the next day and never bothered to let me know. I cancelled everything and would advise anyone that thought about using their services to do the same.
