Very disappointed. Took half a day off to be there for the appointment and the technician never showed up. When I contacted him, he told me the part would only be available the next day and never bothered to let me know. I cancelled everything and would advise anyone that thought about using their services to do the same.

Sometimes clients dont understand that when we order a part the delivery day doesn't depend of us and the delivery time is around 11:30-12 AM. In this case was impossible to contact the client at 9 or 10 am when the delivery is at 11:30am. When the client called was before 11:30am and to satisfy him we told him that the labor will be FREE of charge to prove him the respect we have towards our clients. Instead of having a conversation with us he started to scream at us saying that we are incompetents .WE are sorry for the situation and we are sorry that we have to order parts in Ontario , Vancouver, or USA because they are not available here in Quebec since they closed GE, Frigidaire. I hope our clients will understand that situation without anger!.When we say that a part will arrive in Montreal is always an approximate date. WE wish Mr. Benoit all the best.
