Since we first took possession of our home, and through several renovation projects, James Stawn and his team have attended to all our mechanical needs, from installing a state of the art water heating & softening system, installing our furnace, to the many plumbing installations and repairs. We always trust Titanium to do a professional and thorough job, and provide great guidance whenever needed. As our home continues to be a work in progress we have used several contractors over the past five years. Titanium has been the one and only constant and, unlike some, has never let us down. I do not hesitate to recommend them for any project.

James was very prompt, friendly, and went out of his way to make sure he was able to come over as soon as he could...given that the furnace stopped working and my baby's room was ice cold. I was panicking, to say the least, but he put my mind at ease! He took the time to explain what had gone wrong and suggestions to help maintain the furnace.
We had asked him to check on a certain part we were looking for and he promptly got back to us. We definitely recommend him!

James started doing work for us in his first year of business and has always maintained a professional attitude to the work and communication with us. We are long distance owners of a large old house that is now actually 4 suites. It's complicated water system hasn't fazed him. I manage a large multi bay work shop with over a dozen forced air rod heaters. With winter coming and I needed to have some faulty heaters repaired. I had Titanium Mechanical come in to do an estimate, and James took the time to go through all the heaters and give me his recommendations.
Due to lack of previous maintenance and age, I needed to replace some heaters.
James took the time to look around and find me the best price for replacements. The best part of working with James is that he worked around my schedule of having trucks and heavy equipment moving in and out of bays.

I have a Lennox furnace which had a persistent problem that is unfortunately hard to diagnose. Titanium Mechanical waived the labour + call-out charge for one of their visits as they were unable to find the problem. James was able to fix the problem when the system subsequently failed again due to a faulty thermostat. I appreciated the prompt service during the Christmas holiday season and fairness regarding cost.

Our water heater quit working and Titanium Mechanical was there within 24 hours of our phone call. They provided great advice on whether the water heater should be fixed or replaced. After the consultation they were able to follow through with their recommendation and were finished very quickly. Their price was reasonable for the market. We appreciated their quick response, fair price and honest feedback.
