Level Master Concrete Floor Leveling

These guys were awesome. Lucas explained the issues with the floor very clearly and outlined a plan to make it perfect for our renovations. The crew were very professional and courteous throughout the project. No left over mess and daily updates on the progress. We are extremely happy about the results and would use them again if ever needed. Our floors look better than new. Highly recommended.

Levelmaster was able to remove the parts of the slab that were 2 inches high and re-pour a level slab in preparation for our hardwood install. we appreciated the clean up at the end of the job. the use of the dust reduction vacuums really seemed to work. this was a challenging job that required daily updates from levelmaster. the communication was great.

I had Lucas and his team level our floors in our family room, kitchen and laundry. They started the project as promised, were on time each day, were very pleasant to work with and left the place clean and tidy each day. The price was based on a formula by which the bags of leveling agent was taken into account. At the end of the project, they had used less product than estimated and the savings were passed on to me. Lucas' attitude, dependability, professionalism and sense of pride in his own work alone are worth the money. It is imperative that floors are level before applying vinyl planks, laminate, or hardwood. A bag of leveling compound at the big box stores is about $40 a bag which covers roughly 10 sq ft for about an inch high of mixture. I had 1200 sq ft to do over 2 floors with most of the floors dipping between 1 to 2 inches. Initially, I thought I could struggle through the process but I would still need to transport the material (each bag is 10kg) and not to mention acquire the tools for the job. That time and the cost would be more than Lucas' quotation.

Lucas' team spent 4 days on the job and were well organized and meticulous in their work. They were also clean and tidy. There was little dust to be found as they always vacuumed at the end.

On their final day, Lucas noticed I was prepping my vinyl kitchen floor and he taught me how to mix and apply a skim coat. While his team was waiting to do a final sand, they even helped me move some furniture. These were all above and beyond their scope of the contract and just illustrates that there really are some good trades people out there.

I've finished all of the flooring now and there were absolutely NO low or high spots. If not for their work, I'd still be leveling the floors myself 2 months later. Thank you, Level Master!

We had ~850sq' of very uneven basement (concrete) that needed to be levelled before we began the process to finish the area. Lucas came out numerous times during the demo of the existing space to measure the depths of the material that him and his crew would need to install. In some areas, we had to raise the floor ~3.5-4" to get a perfectly flat, smooth, level floor. Lucas was in constant contact with the floor levelling material supplier to ensure that his techniques adhered to the warranty specifications, which was very reassuring. Him and his crew took a total of 5 days to prep/prime, install, and finish the flooring. They were very respectful of our house, always cleaned up when they where done, and kept the dust to an absolute minimum. The results turned out fantastic, and we couldn't be happier with the end result. I would not hesitate to recommend Lucas and Level Master to anyone, as the entire process and relationship was fantastic.

Lucas and his team were very considerate in keeping the common areas of the condo clean throughout the process. The work was done as he described in his detailed quote. It is a messy process but a lot of the equipment that was brought on site was designed to keep the dust under control. The results are as expected with no gaps under the screed bar. The hardwood installer should be very happy.

We have used Level Master last year for a much smaller project and were very satisfied with the quality of the work performed by Lucas and his team, so when the time came for this bigger floor preparation, we did not hesitate.
What is so wonderful about Level Master is not only the state-of-the-art equipment they use to ensure a perfectly level, flat surface, but the professionalism Lucas and his team demonstrate each and every time. These levelling experts show up at the appointed time (this was very important for me), they accomplish the work in a timely fashion, and the final result passes even my husband's thorough inspection (he's an Engineer) with flying colours, all this at a price within the range of the estimate.
Throughout our ongoing home renovation, we of course have had a few surprises and delays, but dealing with Level Master proved to be a completely stress-free experience.
