Keith showed up on time and was polite and thorough with his explanations. He had additional services and products to offer such as anti-mould/bacterial disinfectant spray and an electronic filter system. He was not pushy and left it entirely up to me to decide. The hole that he cut into the furnace duct was cut nicely and sealed properly afterwards. The duct cleaning was under $400 dollars but with more than 15 vents and the disinfectant spray my total was $538. I would use them again in the future.

The initial booking on the telephone, in-home estimate, installation, and follow-up inspection all had one thing in common - excellent customer service. Jaffar (the owner) was very thorough in his explanations and courteous to listen to my questions and concerns regarding a new furnace installation. Seyam (the installer) came to work on removing the old furnace and installing the new furnace. The workmanship was very good and he left the house in a clean manner. After the installation, I had difficulty with the new thermostat. A few days later, I called Jaffar and he arrived within 30 minutes. He diagnosed and fixed the issues and patiently explained everything to me. He also prepared all of the paperwork for the Fortis Rebate and e-mailed them to me the next day. I highly recommend his company.

A few of my down spouts were over flowing after a few days of heavy rain. City View Systems took care of the situation and their earliest convenience. The weather was horrible so they, unfortunately, had to re-book a few days later. Nonetheless, the job was done efficiently. Thanks City View

Lucas' attitude, dependability, professionalism and sense of pride in his own work alone are worth the money. It is imperative that floors are level before applying vinyl planks, laminate, or hardwood. A bag of leveling compound at the big box stores is about $40 a bag which covers roughly 10 sq ft for about an inch high of mixture. I had 1200 sq ft to do over 2 floors with most of the floors dipping between 1 to 2 inches. Initially, I thought I could struggle through the process but I would still need to transport the material (each bag is 10kg) and not to mention acquire the tools for the job. That time and the cost would be more than Lucas' quotation. Lucas' team spent 4 days on the job and were well organized and meticulous in their work. They were also clean and tidy. There was little dust to be found as they always vacuumed at the end. On their final day, Lucas noticed I was prepping my vinyl kitchen floor and he taught me how to mix and apply a skim coat. While his team was waiting to do a final sand, they even helped me move some furniture. These were all above and beyond their scope of the contract and just illustrates that there really are some good trades people out there. I've finished all of the flooring now and there were absolutely NO low or high spots. If not for their work, I'd still be leveling the floors myself 2 months later. Thank you, Level Master!

I had a handyman remove 2 toilets and change 5 faucets. I thought the jobs would be relatively easy for a professional but I was wrong. All of the faucets, pipes and traps leaked the next day including the shuts offs for the toilets. It was time for a real plumber and this was when I called Red Seal Plumbing. I've managed numerous properties over the last 20 years and met with all sorts of trades people. Paul, the plumber, was the most polite and respectful tradesman I've ever encountered. He came promptly and on time. In addition to fixing all of the leaks, Paul changed all of the lines and valves, the valve for the main shut-off, installed 2 toilets, removed and replaced another toilet, installed 2 more faucets, and installed lines and pipes for a new washing machine. He estimated a full day's work for this but required a day and a half - still pretty good for only one person. While he did miss a cosmetic thing like readjusting the base plate for a faucet, his installation of the new lines and pipes looked neat and tidy. Moreover, he was very diligent to ensure that all pipes did not leak after each day. I called him about a slight issue with one of the faucets after the job was done and he promptly came back and dealt with it. Nontheless, I would definitely recommend Red Seal Plumbing for their polite and diligent service.
