Lucas was very professional. Took his time to explain what needed to be done and gained my trust. He is very patient.
The result exceeded my expectation! When I inspected the floor with him, I could not see any default. The floor looked perfect!
I had no complaints from my neighbors about the noise. (They had been warned prior to the process.)
I am totally satisfied with the work done and would highly recommend him to anyone who need to have their floor redone. I had to pay extra to bring him to Victoria from Vancouver and it was totally worth it!
