This builders business plan is to slap the house up and run you around with endless e-mails and broken promises of fixing your problems and never fix anything. They will send the guy working a shovel to fix your doors, windows plumbing, whatever. They never send a qualified trades person. They don't know any and refuse to pay for one. As long it the house passed inspection they will ignore you. They will try to force you to close the deal even though the house is not finished
saying they have legal right because they obtained an occupancy permit. Guess you don't need brick on the outside or
garage doors or eves troughs to get an occupancy permit. Run
from these people. If you have signed a deal take it to your
lawyer and get out of it as fast as possible. Question is; When do all of the e-mails, missed appointments, misunderstandings and broken promises of fixes just become untrue, worthless words ? Change the company name and try again.

BUYER BEWARE. Stay away from this builder. They have the worst customer service of all time and refuse to fix any issues with the home's in the development. The development is near chicopee and everyone who bought town home from them have had nothing but problems. Crack's in foundations, water in the basements, very poor quality finishes. This was my first home buying experience and let me say it was a bad experience from the beginning. The home's were delayed over 2 years and got nothing but the run around from the builder. They just tell you what you want to hear so you go away. The service coordinator is completely useless, his name is Bill. He doesn't take notes or write down any of the issues you are having or requesting to have fixed. I constantly have to keep chasing them to get issues fixed. Then when the issues are fixed they are just a quick fix not fixed properly. Keep in mind i am not the only person who has had issues almost every neighbor has had issues. Feel free to knock on any doors in Landgren Court Kitchener if you are considering buying a home from this horrible builder.
Also their cost of upgrades are ridiculuously expensive no matter what the upgrade is, and their upgrades are not even high quality finishes, other builders offer much better quality. The kitchen company they use is called Cerwood kitchens which are very low quality and cabinet doors have splitting/cracking/warping.
This company goes by earth park homes and Forest park home's depending on the development so don't be fooled.
