The tile for this kitchen was special ordered from Spain, very impressed by the install and workmanship. That Guy Contracting also did the tile around the fireplace and even got it done before Christmas.

We hired Jay to develop our basement. We met Jay at the Regina Home Show, did not know anyone that was an acquaintance of his or knew him. We had great communication from the first day he met with us through to the very end of the project. Jay was provided with detailed instructions as far as what we wanted and he followed them precisely. His sub-trades were all very professional, courteous, and timely in completing their work. His trades all had nothing but good things to say about Jay and it was evident that he had a very good working relationship with all of his trades. We did a final walkthrough together prior to him requesting final payment from us. We would hire him again without hesitation, and we have recommended him to friends, neighbours and colleagues as he is very trustworthy, reliable and conscientious about his work.

Jay was terrible with communication. He ripped us off at the end. Promised to pay for plumbers that he hired. Plumbers have now come to us with a bill. Jay refuses to pay. He left garbage for us to dump and didn't do a final walk threw. He asked for final payment before work was complete. After we paid him his final payment we got a bill in the mail from plumbers with a contract that we didn't sign. The plumbers say he owes them

10 thousand dollars. He won't pay and is
hiding from us and them. He picked up
cheques via mailbox. He did things without
consulting me then was upset when I
wanted them changed. He should not be in
bussiness.! Not a happy customer.

Jay worked with us in designing our new bathroom. We wanted it to be more efficient, easier to clean and upgraded. He showed us ideas on showers that would work for us and with easy clean fixtures as our water is very hard. The bathroom was transformed from old to a gorgeous tiled spa style. Also our kitchen counter and faucet needed a face lift and he designed a very nice counter top with modern faucet and new deeper sink. We gave him a budget that needed to be kept to and a time line for the work. We went away on holidays and came back to an awesome surprise. We are very happy with everything from workmanship to cleanliness. The work was done on time and the quality of the finished job was more than we expected.
