The Latest Home Inspection Technology - For home inspections we use the latest non-invasive technology, tools and instruments, including Thermal Imaging, SpectoScope, Moisture Meter, Combustible Gas Detector, Laser Thermometer, Hygrometer, Boroscope, Electrical Testers, Voltage Detectors among other tools. We inspect all major components of the home from the exterior to the interior. A Home Inspection Reference Book - "Now That You Have Had a Home Inspection" is a book that is provided to you upon completion of the inspection. This book contains helpful tips on maintaining your home, saving energy and how your home works. This book is an excellent source of helpful information for experienced home owners and first time buyers. Lab Results Obtained the Next Day - A detailed lab report is provided the next day for Mold Inspections. In addition to taking mold samples for laboratory analysis, we also do Indoor Air Quality Testing to check for the presence of mold spores in the air. Samples are sent to our PRO-LAB partners in Vaughan and samples are analyzed for the presence of mold, lead or asbestos. The lab report details the species of mold, the spore concentration and any known health problems or allergic reactions that may be associated with the mold. Some people have allergies to pets such as dogs and cats, while others have allergies or concerns about cockroaches, rats, mice and dust mites. Did you know we also test the air for allergens? We are really happy with the home inspection that Rob provided. He is skilled, knowledgable, insightful and personable. We found him to be very easy to work with! He inspected the home for a good 3 hours from the roof to the basement and we received an entire package via email, within 24 hours of the inspection, outlining everything that he discussed with us in person.

Overall, we found his service to be exceptional and would absolutely recommend him to friends/family or anyone looking for a reliable home inspector.

I'm very happy with the home inspection done by Rob. He is skilled, has the right tools for the job, cognizant of the property and residents and produces a detailed, yet easy to understand report in a short turnaround time. He conducted the inspection one evening and sent us the report the same night.
The report lists findings along with the level of urgency and impact - all useful to determine next steps. His tools are state of the art and his findings included some missed by the builder. I strongly recommend his services for a home inspection.

Rob arrived promptly on time and delivered a great inspection. There were difficulties with the electric panel but he didn't give up and proceeded to take the time to overcome the obstacle. He took the time to also explain and answer my questions. All in all he made it easy for us.

Rob was great! He was punctual, even arrived at the house before us and had already started checking the roof. He was friendly and professional. He very detailed and checked things that I didn't even think of and his report was just as detailed along with pictures, what needed to be repaired immediately and minor things that were wrong. He was also very accommodating because I had to change the date and time of the inspection. I would highly recommend this company to any buying a home.

Rob did inspection for purchasing a condo very well. He explained in detail bit by bit everything and possible issues we might face in the future.
