Rob was very thorough and detailed in his explanations while going through the house inspection. The final report was organized and nicely summarized, photos he takes are included in the reports and he edits the photos with arrows pointing out specific issues- this way you can use your report to easily communicate with contractors later. He is honest, informative, punctual, easy to talk to and obviously highly trained in what he does He showed up ahead of time to inspect the outside of the house which reduced the overall time of inspection. Rob is very qualified and comes with experience , knowledge and customer service. Overall, we were very happy with rob's work and highly recommend his services.
Because of rob's detailed report I was able to save thousands of dollars
off the purchase price since issues and concerns were pointed out, I will definitely recommend Ambicorp Property Inspections . Rob also did a follow up call the following day just to answer a few questions I had in regards to the concerns raised in the inspection . Thank you Rob for your services,

Samples are sent to our PRO-LAB partners in Vaughan and samples are analyzed for the presence of mold, lead or asbestos. We had to reschedule with Rob several times and it was no problem for him. He was very friendly and professional. We purchased a new build and thank goodness we hired Rob to inspect the home. He found several serious deficiences including missing shingles on the roof which could have resulted in serious long term damage. He did a fantastic job and provided us with a full report within hours. We would highly recommend his services.

Ambicorp home inspection

Rob from Ambicorp conducted a very thorough inspection of my home that I had recently purchased. He spent almost 3 hours checking every functional aspect of the home and left no corner untouched. I had other home inspections in the past but Rob's was much better simply due to the care he put into the process. He was patient and explained everything to me.
