Rob was knowledgeable, thorough, courteous, and professional. He performed the inspection of our townhome in about 2 hours and checked several things I never would have thought to look at. Even when telling us about minor issues with the house he was ready with clear steps on how to fix them. The report was great with helpful images and the price was competitive.
