Older house in Toronto multi units. Rob arrived early to start on the exterior. He worked efficiently and took plenty of photos to enclose in the report. He got down on his hands and knees and checked everything. The full report with tabs and photos was delivered within a few hours. It helped us negotiate a better purchase price. I highly recommend Rob.
