Ambicorp Property Inspections

After trying to contact some home inspectors that I had used previously when purchased past houses, and not being able to get in touch with them. I decided to call Rob Amani after a quick web search. Right from the start I sensed a lot of confidence in my conversation that took place about a month prior to my PDI. Once the time of my PDI arrived about a month ago, Rob showed up
punctual at the site of inspection, and was very easygoing and pleasant to talk too. My builder had no clue who he was until he
started to get ready and roll inside and outside the premises, in a totally professional manner. He was wort every penny spent, because he discovered water leaks in places I would have never been able to. To my builder's surprise Rob went on a comprehensive and thoroughly detailed inspection in
parallel with the builder's inspectors one. They were speechless
most of the time, and they even consulted him when in doubt of
their own inspection. At the end of the inspection every corner and
every place was so meticulously inspected, that even today as I'm
writing this review, my builder keeps trying hard to fix all the other
defects or defective items, parts or pieces that Rob, professionally,
was able to point out and discover in a timely manner. Few hours
after the inspection Rob sent me an email with all the info/photos
regarding the inspection in a PDF format so concise and so easy to
read. I would totally and unequivocally recommend Rob Amani to
do your PDI or home inspection on your present/future house, condo or cottage without any hesitation.
