Rob was already there doing exterior inspection before we reached at the property. His knowledge about property inspection is commendable. He wont scare you but on other side he wont hide anything. He inspected whole property thoroughly for more than 2 hours and after 3-4 hours I got 61 Page of report with all the details and lot of images with all markings ! At property itself he explained me urgent issues which needs immediate attention. I will recommend him for sure !
