Rob was very detailed and thorough. He told us exactly what we needed to know and was detailed in checking every little thing. He was friendly and took the initiative to start the inspection of the outside of the home before our arrival which we appreciated which saved us some time, especially since I had a baby with me ! Overall we are happy we went with him, not our first home inspection but Rob was by far the best one we had!
