Jason and his team at Trillium have been looking after my condo corporation property for the past year. They are consistent, friendly, and maintain open communication lines with the condo board. While this is their first winter handling the property they were already out right after the first snow fall making sure our walks were shoveled and areas needing salting were salted. I would highly recommend Trillium for this type of service. They have also done some custom work for some of the neighbours and it is really nice too.
