I had a 3 windows fixed in Oct 2009, they leaked again in 2012, were fixed May 2013 and had 1 more repaired. They all started leaking again Dec 2013, I contacted the company in April 2014 (they don't service them in the winter so waited until spring) and Aug 2014 to have them fixed and am still waiting a year later to have them reserviced simply because they haven't had any other calls in my area. Don't waste your money, if your windows are leaking save up your money to replace them. This service does not last and they don't stand by their 20 yr warranty
