Floors with light-coloured tile will appear like a checkerboard with darkly stained grout. Over 15 years of servicing Edmontonians and saving over 5000 floors from the landfill, we have come to understand it is the grout that gives us grief. When grout and tile are reset with our proven process, they can last another 20 years.

Our secret to our floors is preparation, it's true, preparation and procedure will provide the best results.

We have a simple 3 step process.

1. Deep Clean Tile, Stone and Grout.
Our cleaning process refreshes odour, and stale air, as well as eliminates grime from tile, stone, and grout.

2. Invisible Grout Repairs.
We search for missing grout near stairway bases, doorways, middle of the floor and repair them. When we are completed grout repairs will be invisible.

3. Grout Sealing.
We have a very special sealer, with proper care, your grout can last a decade.
A customer from 2010 promised she would call for maintenance clean in ten years. In 2021, we cleaned her floor and it looked like it did in 2010. Now that's impressive!

When our treatment is completed you will have a "GROUT RESET".

Basically, a new beginning with your tile, stone or grout.

We provide cleaning instructions and an introduction to our neutral PH cleaning product Green Clean and that's it.

In one day we can reset your grout - clean, repair, and seal it.

Thank you for your review, I'm so glad you wrote your story. When you told me how much time you took researching grout; how to clean grout, the money you spent importing a product, and the amount of time you took to clean the floor and apply the sealer you imported, I was shocked.

Shocked because I think everyone has the same problem with grout. Homeowners may not know how to maintain tile and grout, some have never had cleaning instructions. The salesperson, tile store, or home builder may leave a generic document that is put in the folder or you move into someone else's nasty grout. Dirty grout becomes an embarrassment, difficult to maintain, and then we get a phone call.

We love your stories, we have heard similar stories every time we complete a project which is about 4000 times or more.

I have heard many stories of cleaning attempts with different cleaners and cleaning tools. All that effort going to the store multiple times, trying this and that, with no change to the grout.
