You can NEVER reach drew he doesn't give out his cell. Don't bother complaining about the service you PAID FOR cause his mother (who takes his calls) has 1 excuse after another......"my cell erased messages"..."my phone is new"......"my email isn't working"...blah blah except of course when they are looking for a signed contract..THEN their email and phone work perfectly. Drew uses the same excuses. NEVER takes ownership for the horrible customer SERVICE AND never ever calls back ...even to a signed contract customer.
