I bought a computer at a big box store that was slow, noisy, and completely unreliable. After I had made multiple trips to the store and spent hours on the phone with its tech team, who were unable to find any problem with it, a friend referred me to 310-GEEK. Tyler and Dave ran diagnostic tests and reported that the motherboard and hard drive had failed. They immediately built a new computer for me that meets all of my needs and installed the software that I require, all for a very reasonable charge. The computer is fast and quiet and runs very efficiently. Tyler and Dave’s service far exceeded my expectations. They went beyond the call of duty to ensure my satisfaction, and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs knowledgeable, expert, and speedy computer service.

These guys went way above and beyond to help me fix my computer issues. They were quick, courteous, very good at what they do but most important is that they truly care about their customers. I can't say enough about how hard they worked to sort out the issues I had with my computer. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Efficient friendly service, very helpful. Would use them again for sure. Solved all my problems with a minimum of fuss. And even showed up for a service call free of charge after two appointments, just to make sure everything was sorted out.

I had Telus come in and setup Internet for me and I was finding the WIFI very spotty. I had 310-geek come in and install and configure a new high end router. The coverage and speed of the Wifi is rediculous now and I have never looked back. Also they fixed my laptop and setup a link so I could watch netflix on my home theatre. I would recommend 310geek to anyone.

I DID NOT GET Superb , competent service, over and above needs. Amount for servicing time charged for was NEITHER generous, and productive. Susie was the most competent and honest.
