He is not punctual, takes your deposit and you don't hear from him for weeks and months, he has no credibility within the suppliers that is why nothing ever gets done. He does not pay his workers, the good ones walk off the job. I would never trust this company, the truth is never told, stalling until we can't take it anymore and forfeit our deposit. We were lucky it was $4000. Our neighbour and another home owner was $15,000 each. Stay away.
