Renovation

Mississauga

We had encountered water issues in our basement and decided that the repairs should go a bit further into a renovation. I spoke with a few contractors about this and they provided some very excessive quotes for basic work. Icon Estates however came to the house and truly listened to what it was I wanted to accomplish. In addition they came up with some very creative ideas on how to provide more functionality in our overall project. They showed up on time, billed on time, and billed exactly what they said they would. I would highly recommend them to anyone as they are a breath of fresh air in the contracting world.

Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

Icon Estates completed the second storey addition to the home in 2009 and their main floor renovation in 2013. The clients were very happy with the speed of the project delivery and the ability to stay on budget. Contractor was very adaptable to changes, and fulfulled plans as expected.
