This is one of the best investments I made. I doubled my storage space and no longer lose things at the back of the cupboard and repurchase things I already have. It was such an easy process. Jon took measurements, made some suggestions and about 6 weeks later came back and took only a few hours to install everything in the most efficient and clean way.
I am so happy with the product and the service of Shelf Genie.

We had moved from a house into a new condo and quickly learned about the need for efficient storage. I chose ShelfGenie based on the consistent positive reviews it had received. Caroline, our design consultant, was knowledgeable and creative in her suggestions to add shelving in our kitchen and entrance closet. She always responded promptly to our questions. John, our installer, did a great job in installing all the shelves - the fit and finish were first rate. He and Caroline worked well as a team and it was great to see the suggestions given and taken by each. I am extremely happy with the finished product and how well they work - I am proud to show them off to family and friends! I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others.

Jon designed and installed custom gliding drawers in my pantry and lower cupboards as well as add mini drawers in my pre-existing drawers. I am very happy with the product and the workmanship. It took a total of 12 weeks to get delivery. Originally I gave it a 4 because I find that to be an unacceptable length of wait time. After having used the product for 2 weeks I changed it to a 5 because it is making our kitchen so much more user friendly by making all of the items in our shelves/drawers fully visible without having to crawl into the bottom cupboards to see and retrieve items. The pantry is so much more functional for our needs with the creation of 4 extra shelves. It was expensive but so worth it. Thank you Jon.

Our designer, Caroline, was very professional, easy to work with and helpful as to how our kitchen organization could be significantly improved. She was knowledgeable about the product line and made some very good recommendations. She took time to understand our needs and was most personable throughout the process.
She also assisted most generously with her time in assisting us to organize and place items into the new kitchen system. Caroline was also very ethical in only selling the products that we actually needed. Very commendable to have such professionalism and integrity of character.
James, our installer was also very professional. He, in coordination with Caroline did second measurements to ensure that the product met our needs and would fit properly. He contacted us regularly to inform us that the product was in and to set an installation date. He was flexible when we had to delay the installation date. On the date of the installation, he was very organized, very thorough in his work and was very efficient. He was personable and consulted with us throughout the process.
Both Caroline and James work well as a team. They are both great PR people for Shelf Genie.
The only unfortunate situation was that the two "lazy susans" did not meet our requirements as they did not fully utilize the space.
However, Caroline readily came up with some other options . Unfortunately, the options will not be available for another 6 to 8 weeks. But, in the end, I will have a brand new kitchen that is well organized and a pleasure to use.

We are very pleased with the kitchen cabinet shelves. They fit perfectly and are a pleasure to use. I was reminded how well they work. When I was emptying the cabinets in preparation for the installation I found some things at the back that I had forgotten about. Now when you pull out a drawer you see everything at a glance.
Joseph spent time with us to design what we needed and we were pleased that in some instances he persuaded us not to do some work and saved us money.
Jon quickly and professionally installed the drawers.

I saw an ad for Shelf Genie in the paper and went online to read about them. I decided to call and have them come and give me some advice about my cupboards. The designer Caroline was wonderful and gave great hints and designs. I was so excited when they called to say the drawers were ready to install. James the installer was great, fast and extremely neat and clean. I am very very happy I decided to call and have my cupboards done. I will definitely use them again

We say an ad for the self genie and decided to call for an estiment . A very nice man came named Jon came showed us what he could offer to cure our problem for space and easy access!! At no time was there any pressure to sign or buy more than you needed or wanted. The price surprised me at first but now that its installed I'd do it again without a doubt. The company and Jon delivered all that was promised installed on time with no surprises or extra costs. Jon himself did the installation so no trouble with wrong instructions.
