An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I am so impressed with the service I received from Delux Dux. They were able to accommodate my busy schedule and within an hour of speaking to them on the phone, Adrian showed up at my house. He was professional, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. I have had other duct cleaning companies clean come to my house before but Adrian went above and beyond. He explained the whole procedure to me before proceeding with the job. He took many pictures prior to cleaning and after cleaning, and took his time to make sure the job was done thoroughly. I have recommended Delux Dux to many of my friends and family. I don't normally post reviews on line but after receiving such an exceptional service, I felt compelled to let others know about this company since there are so many deceitful companies out there.
