Definitely not worth the money and the company has terrible costumer service. I do not recommend them to anyone.
When we first went to Complete Cabinets to receive a quote to have them put in new cupboards in our kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and laundry room we were very impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. However, once they received our deposit things quickly went downhill. After being told we would be contact in a week regarding an installation time we waited for 2 weeks and heard nothing. We contacted them and said they were will reviewing things with the cabinet manufacturer. Another week went by before we contacted them again them this time they had more specs to review and eventually the cabinets had been ordered almost a month after our initial deposit. When we ordered we were told they'd be installed mid July, but in the end they were not installed until the beginning of August. During the August install the installers were very professional, but did not talk to my husband or I to ask any questions to ensure everything was just how we wanted it. As a result we have a hanging bar in our laundry room that is too low to hang anything without it bunching at the bottom on the counter. The installers also scratched our brand new hardwood floors - installed just days before the cabinets went in - and when we complained the owner told us it was our fault for not putting down protection. Never were we told protection should be all over the floor and in areas we had protection down they installed the cabinets directly on top without bothering to move it. The cabinets also had a few nicks on them which the owner said was common and could be easily fixed, but the never bothered to arrange for them to be fixed and after a month of dealing with their poor service we gave up trying to get them to come.
After the install they were missing a piece of the side of the island in the kitchen. We were told someone would be in touch the next day to discuss when it would be installed. In the end this piece wasn't installed until a month later. When arranging for the countertops to be installed there was miscommunication after miscommunication and when we again complained about the time delays and constant miscommunications they (the owner and office manager) blamed us. Overall we were not impressed with the company and won't be using them in the future. Don't waste your money here.
