I would say JPC is the best renovation and construction team in Great Vancouver. Their service provided is very reliable, responsible and honest. Last year the drain in my yard kept leaking and flooded in the garage every few months after unblocking each time. I consulted a few companies for repairs, but either they quoted unreasonably high or rejected me due to lack of manpower. Only Jeff and his team did a perfect job to solve the issue completely with a reasonable price. I would like to recommend this company to everyone who requires renovation and/or construction services.

At 3:00 a.m., our basement was suddenly flooded due to a water leak. The situation at the basement entrance and inside was severe, and we couldnt shut off the main valve. Since it was so late, we couldnt get hold of any plumber. Feeling helpless after several unanswered calls, we dialed Jeffs numberand to our surprise, he answered. His calm and reassuring demeanor immediately eased our anxiety.

Jeff arrived at our house promptly, assessed the situation, and even made two trips back to his warehouse to get the necessary tools. In no time, he cleaned up the water and provided us with detailed and professional advice for follow-up actions.

By the time we woke up around 2:00 p.m., Jeff had already returned with his team and started the repairs in an organized and efficient manner. What moved us the most was that from 3:00 a.m. until after 6:00 p.m., Jeff stayed on-site, working tirelessly without any rest.

The entire process was pretty smooth. The job was finished two days before the rain, which was awesome. The contractors were friendly and skilled, and the patio looks great. The junk was also picked up afterward.

The upper unit of the apartment building had a water leak, which wetted my bathroom ceiling and part of the wall behind the bathtub tiles. To dry out this section of the wall behind the tiles, the usual practice would require removing the tiles, opening up the wall, and even moving the bathtub, resulting in considerable repair costs. However, Jeff, the boss of JPC Company, devised a clever solution: based on the situation on-site, several holes were drilled at appropriate positions on the untiled wall, then connected to a blower with hoses to dry the wall out. This solution, similar to minimally invasive surgery, significantly reduced repair costs. Mr. Liu from JPC Company not only has excellent repairing skills but also works meticulously and with care, making him trustworthy. Overall, dealing with JPC Company has been a pleasant experience.

My case needs special tool to turn off outdoor valve because the pipe broken point locats outside of the indoor valve. I called city to close outdoor value they said they won't response any broken in property. My friend recommended Jeff from JPC. He dropped off his current job on hand and took my case as priority. He drove to my house and closed the outdoor valve, also helped to use neighbours garden hose water so I can have water to use. He helped me a lot, because his quick response I don't need to face huge damage of the house. Also his extensive knowledge let my whole family can temporary use the water. He saved my time and money so I can wait plumber to repair the broken pipe. I really appreciate! He even didn't charge me. I only need to pay the plumber repair fee
