I have used Fibre Shield for more than 15 years. I have never been unhappy....until NOW!
I have a guest bedroom with cream wall to wall broadloom. It is not used that often but I had it stain protected as soon as I got it.
This year one of my children returned home after some surgery and stayed with us for several weeks. When she left to return to her own home, I called Fibre shield to come and clean the broadloom from the constant use for that period of time. After it dried it did not look much better. They were kind enough to return to clean it again. It still was not Clean. With each day it looks worse and worse . If I had it protected first why is it staining? They have washed their hands of the issue and I am left to probably purchase new carpeting.
They were wonderful if there were no problems. But when there is I guess they are useless. I have paid a lot of money out to them over the years . I never squabbled about their price as I expected it was a high end product. It appears they are only good for darker coloured carpets and more durable fabrics in furnishings. . I would say they are not reputable and do not stand behind their product. Such a shame to find this out so many years later
