Kaylie was a pleasant, informative and no-pressure sales rep who provided a thorough and knowledgeable walk-through of furnace purchase options. The polite and pleasant installation team put in a very long day to ensure it was installed properly and everything was clean when they left. A pleasant experience for a major purchase.
