Sol was responsive and efficient in his communications. He was also honest about what might or might not be possible with an antique skeleton lock like this. In the end he got it open within 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend.

We bought a new house so naturally we wanted to change the locks. Sol was super responsive and highly professional in doing his job. We rekeyed a lock (a complicated keypad lock - Sol wasn't sure if he could initially do it, but ended up being able to -- I appreciated his honesty), changed a lock, and added a bolt to a door. All done very quickly and professionally. Very pleasant to work with him -- highly recommend his services!
