Blueprint Home Inspection

Needed a home inspection done quickly on a potential home purchase. Brad was thorough, knowledgeable and excellent in showing me items of interest and concern. His report was very thorough with and complete, and less expensive than other quotes I had received.
He was very pleasant, and respectful.
I was so impressed, I hired him again immediately for another inspection.

Brad was a terrific gentleman to work with and he was very informative and told me exactly what needed to be done and not done and gave me a very good 2 hour in depth home inspection. He even showed me the attic which was beneficial as well as explained all electrical panels, hot water tank, furnace, etc. and gave me a lot of beneficial tips on how to maintain the house and take care of it which was very useful...
