Diamond Water Treatment Service

This company was recommended by a plumber we had hired. Robert came out and initially did several tests on our water and determined that we had hard water. Our water purification system had run out of salt.
The first week of July Robert serviced our water purification system. I texted him on July 7th if he could return to re-test the water hardness and verify that the addition of salt and servicing had solved our issue. In my opinion, this verification test should have been automatic. My text was ignored. I re-sent the text on July 12th to which Robert replied that he would call the next time he was in the area and do the test. On July 25th Robert called my wife and told her he would be out to do the test. He never showed up. For two days we left a bottle of water on our step for him at his request. On July 27th I again texted him to see if he was going to do the water hardness test. He called me back and told me the next time he was in the area he would do it but could not say when that would be. It is now Oct 4th and we have heard nothing from Robert or his company.

Diamond Water Treatment is a prime example of a company who is there only until you pay your bill. After that, there is no follow up. My advice, this company should be avoided. Call someone else if you expect any sort of follow up service.
