Slava helped us with a complete gut job of our century home back in 2018. He was always very responsive to our questions and patient with us (we had a lot of questions). His pricing is transparent and he never over charged for his work - he was always up front with his costs.

When we had issues that needed to be addressed he was responsive and addressed them right away. Our architect had a lot of great things to say about Slava in particular about his framing skills. He is a master framer and handled framing our completed century home with ease.

I had one month to renovate an apt for a senior parent moving in which included a basement bathroom, some significant ceiling repair in two rooms, wall repair and a bunch of other things including a new window. Slava and his team got it all done exactly on time as promised. Communication was great and the couple things that went wrong were addressed with no issue which is a good recommendation right there. Slava improved the bathroom layout, recommended an electrician, took care of the waste (there was no room for a bin) and was all around great to deal with and so was everyone else on the team. We needed to repair our shower that was leaking into the unit below us. Not only did they do a fantastic job they obviously fixed the problem. We hired Slava to install floor tiles and backsplash as part of a kitchen reno. It was a small job, and we got quotes from a number of contractors. Everyone else inflated their quotes to justify doing a smaller job, in some cases up to 400%. Slavas rates were reasonable, he came when he said he would, he got the job done in the time he said he would, and was a pleasure to deal with. He was also a great resource. We needed a mudder on short notice and he found us someone who also did a great job. Ive dealt with a number of trades and contractors over the years and Slava was the best of the bunch, and the only one Ive ever written a review for.

Slava and his team did an exceptional job removing a wall and post in my house. I used an external engineer that was secured beforehand who ended up creating incorrect plans. Slava caught the engineers error and worked with the engineer to come up with a solution that met the building code. Slava and his team were prompt, professional and kept the work site clean of debris at the end of each day. I highly recommend R&M General Contracting for your framing and renovation needs!

Slava did a bathroom renovation for us. He is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. He is great general contractor too and can do variety of work upon request (popcorn ceiling removal, painting, tiles, demolishing etc.). His prices are reasonable and he provides you with the quote immediately.
